- 3 large ripe avocados, mashed to desired consistency
- 1/2 medium red onion, chopped
- 2 large roma tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 medium clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon all-natural sea salt
- Ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and blend thoroughly. Serve immediately.
