Serves 12

  • 3 large ripe avocados, mashed to desired consistency
  • 1/2 medium red onion, chopped
  • 2 large roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 medium clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon all-natural sea salt
  • Ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and blend thoroughly. Serve immediately.
