Makes 1 serving

  • 1 cup 2% plain yogurt (regular or Greek)
  • 1/2 cup chopped mango
  • 1 teaspoon ground psyllium husk
  • 1 packet artificial sweetener (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice

In a blender, combine the yogurt, mango, psyllium, sweetener and ice. Blend on high for 1 minute or until the desired consistency is reached.
