• 8-inch (2L) square baking dish
  • Makes 16 bars (1 bar per serving)


  • 1-1/3 cups chopped dates
  • 1/4 cup walnut pieces
  • 1/4 cup whole almonds
  • 1/2 cup granola
  1. In a food processor, combine dates, walnuts and almonds; process until mixture begins to come together.
  2. Sprinkle half of the granola over bottom of baking dish. Press date mixture firmly and evenly over granola. Top with remaining granola, pressing down slightly to embed in date mixture. Chill.
  3. Cut into squares.

Nutrition Note: Cut dried fruit into small pieces to spread its flavor through a batter or dough.
